All orders of 1,000 pounds or more are shipped prepaid. Shipments West of the Rocky Mountains require 2,000 pounds for prepaid freight.

Customer Pickup is allowed during our normal business hours and is subject to all other Terms of Sale.

In case of damage to goods in transit, refuse damaged product and note on Bill of Lading. If you must accept damaged goods (crushed or torn cartons), it is even more imperative to note the number of damaged cartons on the Bill of Lading. Contact Stewart Sutherland, Inc. to initiate freight claim.

Written authorization and confirmation is required for all air freight shipments.

Merchandise returns must be authorized by Stewart Sutherland, Inc. and are subject to restocking charges and round trip freight charges.

Weights and Cubes are approximate to the nearest .01 cubic foot.
